This Privacy Policy describes how PNW Site Services, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects information through https://pnwsiteservices.com, customer inquiries, dumpster rentals, payments and communications. Revised November 2, 2026. Changes apply prospectively when published and do not retroactively change prior agreements.
Information we collect
We may collect names, business names, phone numbers, email addresses, service and billing addresses, project details, dumpster sizes, materials, dates, quotes, reservations, rental agreements, billing and payment status, customer correspondence, photographs, attachments, site access instructions, delivery and pickup documentation, and disposal records. Calls may be recorded subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Authorized providers may collect IP addresses, device characteristics, approximate location, referral sources, cookies, advertising identifiers and website activity. We may retain messaging consent records. Payment card information may be supplied through a secure payment link or voluntarily provided by telephone to an authorized representative; customers are never required to disclose card details directly to our personnel. When provided verbally, employees may temporarily record or handle card details to complete the transaction. We seek to minimize retention of complete card numbers outside authorized payment systems and securely dispose of temporary records after processing in accordance with applicable requirements. We do not retain card verification codes after authorization.
Information Obtained from Other Sources
We may receive information about customers, prospective customers and service transactions from payment processors, advertising and analytics providers, referral partners, authorized customer representatives, subcontractors and disposal facilities. This may include contact details, referral information, transaction confirmations, payment status and service records. We may combine this information with information provided directly by customers or collected through our website for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
How we use information

PNW Site Services, Inc. offers optional SMS regarding rental inquiries, quotes, reservations, delivery and pickup scheduling, billing, service updates and customer support. Website consent requires selecting Text Message as the preferred contact method AND affirmatively checking the separate SMS consent checkbox before submitting; preference alone is not consent. Customers may also consent verbally after an appropriate disclosure. The first Company-initiated outbound SMS to an opted-in customer will include "Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. We may retain consent records. Promotional programs, if introduced, require any separately mandated marketing consent.
Mobile information sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. Authorized messaging platforms and service vendors may process information only as needed to deliver messages, support customers, and operate our communications, subject to applicable safeguards. These restrictions also apply to business transfers.
Other disclosures
We may share necessary information with authorized hosting, storage, communications, dispatch, analytics, advertising, customer management, payment-processing and other technology providers; operational contractors, transportation providers and disposal facilities; professional advisers; and authorities as legally permitted or required. Authorized automated and AI-assisted systems may process inquiries, messages, service details and records to support customer service, quotations, scheduling and internal operations, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable provider terms. We do not promise that all automated processing is human-reviewed. Providers are not authorized to use customer information for unrelated purposes under our arrangements. SMS consent information remains subject to the separate restrictions above.

PAYMENT INFORMATION AND SECURITY: We use authorized third-party payment processors, which may include Stripe, Square, and additional or replacement providers selected in the future without individual advance notice, subject to applicable law. These processors may collect, tokenize, process and securely store payment credentials under their security obligations. Customers may always request a secure payment link instead of giving card information directly to our employees. We may temporarily handle or write down card details provided by phone for transaction processing, but seek to promptly and securely dispose of temporary records when no longer necessary. We do not retain card security codes after authorization. We may retain transaction records, billing details, card brand, last four digits, expiration date, tokens and authorization records for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting and disputes. Subsequent charges require an applicable customer authorization and must comply with the accepted rental agreement, law and payment-network rules. OTHER RETENTION AND SECURITY: We retain communications, consent records, agreements, operational records and invoices as reasonably necessary for services, legal obligations and disputes. Providers and backups may have separate retention schedules. We use reasonable access controls and safeguards; no system is guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; withdraw communications consent; or exercise available marketing and privacy choices.
