Specific dumpster rental orders may also be governed by the written quote, invoice, rental agreement, and applicable law; in the event of conflict, the signed rental agreement controls the rental transaction.

Quotes, dumpster availability, delivery windows, service areas, accepted materials, rental duration, included weight, and pricing must be confirmed for each order. Submitting a form does not guarantee a booking. Payment and acceptance of an order may be required before scheduling.

Customer responsibilities
